At Grace & Ease, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer our 90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee. If the size you ordered isn't quite right, we'll send you one replacement size free of charge within 90 days of delivery.
How it works
You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a free size replacement. Just email us at contact@graceease.com with your order number and the size you'd prefer. There's no need to send your original item back. Keep it, gift it to a friend, or wear it around the house.
This guarantee applies once per order and is designed to make finding your perfect fit easy and stress-free.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@graceease.com and we'll make it right promptly.
Non-eligible items
The Perfect Fit Guarantee does not apply to:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Refunds
Sizing is the reason most women reach out, so we always offer a free replacement size first. If you've tried your tank and it simply isn't for you, you can request a refund within 90 days of delivery. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval and inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@graceease.com.
